At 1 AM on Sunday morning our AC stopped working. I called immediately and gave my info to the operator. By 10 AM Sunday morning ROBERT MINI was at my door and one hour later our AC was up and running. Robert was a professional. He set about to diagnose the problem, install the replacement part and test the system. I watched every step and asked many questions. He certainly knew what he was doing and did not mind ‘educating me’ about my system. He checked the entire AC system and identified the cause of the problem quickly and made the necessary repair. I felt very confident that he was working in my best interest. He also gave me a few tips on operating the system and where to get the unusual size filters my system requires. Bob was knowledgeable, courteous, respectful of my home and ‘all business’. He is an excellent representative and supporter of your organization. I spent 30+ years in the customer service business so I think I know a little about what providing great customer service entails. Bob defintely provided excellent customer service to my family. I would have been happy if Bob could have been a member of my team. ServiceMark is fortunate to have Bob as part of your service operation. Please accept this as my unqualified recommendation for your serviceman, Dan Grant. He worked at cleaning our air ducting system last Thursday, April 2nd. I expected the worst…you know, noise, dust, chaos and all the rest. Well, a pleasant surprise. Mr. Grant was efficient, unobtrusive, careful and informative. My home is almost 70 years old. The ducting was never cleaned before. More dust than inside a pyramid. Five filters were used up in collecting the accumulated debris!

As you are aware, we have called on your team year after year as our “National Brand” heat pump has given us a multitude of issues. I believe we are near end of life on this unit, which in one breath leaves me anxious about the new expense, but also leaves me feeling excited about purchasing a unit from ServiceMark, which I wish we had done 10 years ago. Mark was the only one who immediately understood the problem as well as what needed to be done. He listened carefully, analyzed intelligently and then energetically lost no time in neatly and creatively fixing the problem. In March, ServiceMark installed a new Carrier air conditioner at our house. Today, we participated in New Castle County’s voluntary inspection program for that installation. We just wanted to let you know that the inspector, Michael F., was very complimentary of the workmanship he saw. Of course the installation passed inspection. For all the places on the web that advertise 24/7 service, this is the only place that not only has a real person answer the phone, but sends someone out right away. This service was so great that we will be getting a new furnance and/or contract with these people because they really were there after I called 12 places. No one wanted to come out on the weekend! I can’t say enough good things, not only about the service, but the reps who came out were courteous and thorough. You have our business!!!!
I wanted to drop you a note regarding a service call recently made by your company. I had some plumbing issues and would never have thought to call the company if not for you and your friendly staff out at the local 5K’s in the Wilmington area. Your interaction and info tent prompted me to call ServiceMark rather than another company. The Tech, Rich, was extremely professional, friendly, helpful, quiet and clean.
